This clip is right on, music nowadays lacks the creative power of old school. Hell I can come with something better, and I got no experience

Doesn't anyone ... ( 2 months ago by STEPASAUR)
Doesn't anyone under 18 understand that hiphop elders only defend the game out of love and respect for not only those who strived, innovated and in some cases died making the scene what it is but also for the youth that they see are being ripped off by record execs(who are part of a much bigger genocidal agenda) hiphop was once a refuge 'away' from bullshit and now its a haven for it, THATS why we say no, not cos we 'hate' but cos we care (peep KRS1s hiphop beyond entertainment lecture)
what a fukkin ... ( 2 months ago by unique216)
what a fukkin disgrace to to hip hop now, half these people dont even rap about shyt no more but the cars they drive n the amount of drugs they sell....smh
A rather pointless ... ( 1 month ago by IHATEROCKNMETAL)
A rather pointless way for me to compare old school and new school, but what the hell: Slick rick the very first rapper to sport alot of jewelry, 2pac the very first rapper to be all tatted up and showing it off in his videos, and Too Short the vert first rapper to incorporate pimpin' in his lyrics, nowadays every rapper is tatted up, sporting lots of blings, and rapping about pimpin', see how old school rappers had their own image compared to today.
