the first time i played this game on my C64 the spiders kept getting me. it scared me the first time because i never thought that there would be any blood shown in video games back then. after a while i beat this game several times.

Man, I absolutely love the sound hardware on the C64. I too played this game a lot as a kid, but not as much as Uridium or IK+.

The SID was an awesome sound chip, that humble C64 had a music chip plucked straight out of the best syntheziers of the day.

In once was addicted to this game.. lol.. That haunting atmosphere .. all Cosmi games had it. I liked this one best of all. Well done!

Forbidden Forest one of the best games i ever played back in 1983 on the C64 this is truely a game that was one of the first survial horror games of its time. Next to the Death in the Carribean game, But we are talkin 1983.

This is one of the few games in history that gave me chills. I mean: REAL atmosphere!
It was pure genius: if you ran, you couldn't fight back! An the music was awesome at the time. The sequels were bad. I still hope to see its comeback in real terrifying 3D...
