I clocked it to 900mhz, 512mb ram. Windows xp, all settings on low. Beacuse of the small screen size you dont notice the low graphics, and it runs well

1000h is 1.6ghz processor, compared to the 900mhz in the 701. But the 100h runs at higher resolution. I should think it would work better that I got, but idk

No idea either but probably if you can change the RAM on the 900 and the 701 eee pc you should be able to change it with the the 1000 model too.Use a program called CPU-Z to find out how many slots there are on the motherboard and what type of ram is compatible with it.then purchase your Ram module from a shop(choose a good brand like corsair ocz kingston etc).:)
