Yeah Mike Portnoy and Neil Peart are both way out there. And don't forget Carl Palmer. These guys are in totally in a different league to even the best of rock drummers out there. Cosy Powell unfortunately got killed in a car crash. :(
There's a lot of other good and great rock drummers out there too, including the awesome Ian Paice, of course. Maybe Lee gets somewhere into that second list. But then IMHO Motley Crue don't get anywhere close to Rush anyway....
