It is the guy from GTA 3, Catalina sayed his name in GTA S.A; Claude, also the name of the person in GTA 3. Another thing he didn't talk too, and the intro of GTA 3 has Catalina in it ;)

well, for one thing, yes that was him, gta 3 gta sa and gta vice city, are all linked together, gta sa took place in 1992,or '91, something like that, anyway, thats when catalina first goes out with claude, then in this game, it takes place in 2000, or 2001, when she betrays him. and btw, how vice city and sa are linked, rosenburg from san andreas, works with tommy in vice, so, its interesting to know about that stuff f you have played the games.
