I noticed on the Family Jewels show that the question was carefully worded to ask Gene if he had "made love" with other women. I'm sure his answer of "no" was honest as he would probably make a distinction between "sex" and "making love". I'm sure he "makes love" to Shannon, but has "sex" with others- at least a few years back if not now!
