Fact: Katrina & Rita distroyed 113 offshore oil platforms causing 124 offshore oil spills for a total of 743,700 gallons of oil being mixed with the Fish Habitat. after Ike, 3 offshore oil rigs are missing and presumsd to be total losses. oil rigs are not essential habitat for fish, fish would use the reefs if oil rigs were gone. it's like looking at Birds on an telephone line and saying " birds need phone lines for habitat" Peace
