This is from Handel's version of Sarabande in D minor (taken from Folie), though the original composer is anonymous... it's one of the oldest pieces of music!

This isn't the original Handel version, the guy did "add a bunch of notes"! lol. The original version is much simpler, a grade one piece really. And it is one of the most famous sarabandes ever written, so you should be able to get it almost anywhere that stocks Handel sheet music (I'd imagine most Handel sheet music books will have it - I have three different music books that all contain it).
