You guys should know USA history better. JFK is making this speech on the 27th april of 1961. That is right after the failed attempt to invade Cuba. It was agreed the CIA would take all the blame and keep JFK out of it. This speech is a warning to all newspapers not to reveal the truth on JFK implication. He is accusing the CIA of having planned the invasion in secrecy. It is indeed a conspiracy and JFK was part of it.

This speech is from 1961, he was killed in 1963. It is not related. He "seems" to be encouraging to print the truth, but he warns on things that should not be printed for "security" reasons. This is 6 days after all hostilities stoped in Cuba and that the UN learned it had been lied by USA and accepted not to tell. JFK was asking newspapers to keep the lie for security reasons.
