This could be really good for people to master before the actual driver's test. At least in Finland.. :)
Nowadays we train on public roads, creating hazards, roadblocks and slowdowns for everyone else on the road; driver trainees are some of the most loathed motorists Finns know.. Having this simulator, being able to learn the basics in THAT before taking the car out for a spin would be a huge improvement, ensuring there's no people on the road who don't know the brake from the gas...

People train on the street all over the world.. that simulator probably costs over 5 million euros. i doubt you can just set one of those up at the local driving school

5 million euros to set up this simulator at an officially sanctioned location (5 units parallel, for example) with booking times, etc, wouldn't be that much of an investment, not for a private institution, and not for the public roadworks.
