I've got the Neo-Geo CD version, and the FM-Towns one copies it dead-on as far as I could tell. The stage 2 BGM is some especially good stuff.
Keep away from the PlayStation version though. I don't care for that one's redone graphics or changed soundtrack, and it's got horrible frameskipping.
