By popular demand (believe it or not) here is the sequence of the film where Berlin is bombed, Hitler changes course in the war, and Goerring takes over command of the campaign.
One of my subscribers has informed me that they filmed the Berlin sequence in Spain, and that one of his old houses can actually be seen in the background. From the movie "The Battle of Britain"

It's the Aces High march. They play it throughout the movie for the Luftwaffe.

There's a funny blooper in "Triumph of the Will" where Himmler goes up from the parade to shake Hitler's hand. They do a sieg heil, salute, do another sieg heil, then Hitler moves his hand out to shake his hand. Himmler just turns around. Hitler quickly pretends to stroke his mustache. I didn't notice it the first time, but I heard it pointed out in the commentary. Pretty funny to see these men who frightened Europe goof up like that.

This music sounds like The Berlin waltz but thats about it sorry. It is a nice tune to the fact you feel sorry for them in the film

It's a softer version of the Luftwaffe March from the beginning of the film. I'd look for the soundtrack, which is available on Amazon, IIRC
