is there any reason for not chopping everything up into slightly smaller pieces, i cant think of any reason not to it just seems like smaller pieces would be a lil easier to mix up and fit into containers?... maybe it has some benefit keeping them whole?... anyway i like this idea, why the hell have i never thought of this lol i ate like crap all through college, good videos

Yes Rico, this is a great way to cook. For newbies, the slow cooking process allows foods to retain vitamins & moisture; the nutrition is particularly digestible in this form. Early cast iron crock pots have been used worldwide throughout human history. Just about any meat/food can be cooked in a crock pot with great results. Additionally, ceramic crock pots do not pose a danger of metallic conataminants that may flake from typical pans. Clean up is easy, the energy cost is less & NO STIRRING !
