Just a couple of my Rage Racer replays from 3 years ago courtesy of the PCSX Playstation emulator for the PC. Could have done it with better frame rate but too lazy to tweak my PC right now :p Bottom line is I'm very happy I was able to recover this gameplay. Three years ago I wiped out my memory card on PCSX I thought I lost my favorite truck that I designed in the game, (shown in the video), I thought I lost it forever. Thankfully I discovered I created a save state on the game and recovered everything including my truck in its perfect specs. You just gotta love the save state on emulators XD

1:23 that blue car looks like Terrazi Starnose. I customized it since RR7 came out.
1:25 that orange pickup truck looks like Danver Hijack. I raced with it in RR7

Not sure about the first car but I'm pretty sure the truck is named similar. It's the Lizard Hijack in Rage Racer.

Thanks man! Before entering in a corner, point your car to the apex of the corner then tap the brake. You should circle the corner and just right without hitting the wall. Of course you have to practive this to get it right.

You know as prehistoric as this game looks It still looks actually kind of good. But Why are some the gamers from this decade so picky about the realism on graphics?

If you're talking about younger gamers of this decade then I'd say it's purely because of eye candy rather than gameplay. Older generations of gamers grew up with & enjoyed enjoyed gameplay more graphics.

You actually don't need to tap the brake! Just let the throttle go and steer without throttle very short time, then hit the throttle while cornering and your are drifting. You lose more speed if you tap the brake!
