This video contains footage I shot in New Orleans' lower 9th ward in April of this year. The cardboard sign saying "Not As Seen On TV" shown in the opening shot is one of many that have been tacked up in the area. While I was there, I saw very little clean-up or rehabilitation going on, a situation that I understand continues to this day.
