When he said he can't tell the Tibetan protesters to stop, i think he is trying to tell that Tibetans are gettting too frustrated at chinese rule in tibet that now it is hard for him to stop them. He believes in adopting peaceful measures, not violence. So, he wants to talk to the president of China to find a peaceful solution to the ongoing problems in Tibet.

wow.. i like the last part where the narrator mention " you yourself must make the effort. The Buddhas are only teachers." and also when HH Dalai lama made the comment at 0:16 and 0:44. That was very realistic and compassionate comment. long life HH Dalain lama.. I guess its because of his great power of compassion that made him very different from other politicians.. and made him sucha great being and influential. It touches ppl heart when one really stop to listen with a open heart.

Now the world can understand why these misfits are not wanted in China in the first place. Do so-called democratic countries really humane and democratic?
