One of the worst taxes I think is the one where you "Have" to pay taxes on the land that the house you own sits on....That is your house....that is "YOUR" land....why should you have to pay anyone....ANYONE to live your life in your house on YOUR LAND?

Part of the Communist Manifesto is that noone owns property except the government. By implementing property tax, you really don't own your house but rather pay a yearly rent to the government. We aren't the Land of the Free anymore. Martial Law is on Oct. 1st. Be ready!!

It will take them about 3 years to toss you out. Even then, they seize YOUR property for breaking the law. To prevent the seizure of your property all you have to do is pay the most overdue tax period. I know people who have worked that deal for a long time.
BTW, it's Eminent Domain. With Eminent Domain they are required to pay you fair market value for your property. Next time, check your facts.

Whether they "seize" your property or "throw you out of it" what is the difference? You're still out of your home. In addition, even if you just "pay the most overdue tax period" are you not still paying it? How can you argue that this is not a rent to the government for living on their land? You're correct about eminent domain, however, I'm not sure you're aware of who determines what that amount is. In this market, even if a homeowner gets FMV, they likely could'nt pay off the mortgage, FAIR?

You're right, you don't understand. They're not breaking the law, because it's written in the laws that if YOU break the law by not paying your taxes that your property is subject to forfeit. "isnt that the same as paying rent which would mean they own the property and thats unconstitutional "

-I CAN see the difference, but the end result is the same, you're no longer on your property against your will, not because you didn't pay for it, but rather, because you didn't pay your rent to the government. I'm not suggesting that people discontinue paying taxes, what I AM suggesting is that people fight for their constitutional rights and fight for legislation that more closely resembles what is laid out in our Constitution, Amendments and BOR's.
