they really had there limits on the first half because of censorship. if you see the ovas you get to see all the crap they could have done if it had a bigger budget and was on at a different time slot in japan since alot of things like Carrot's tranformation having different forms based on what magic he absorbed, that and the girls wore the clouths for the last episode all the time.
