I've got news for you samtron; Very little of the Chinese food you eat outside of China is "really Chinese Food." On another note; a good addition to this recipe is bacos. Yes imitation bacon bits. It adds a really nice extra layer of flavor, Try it out!

Nope I use water instead of corn starch. I deep fry them the same way. Maybe because I buy the wanton skin that is the good kind. (I'm Chinese so I know which ones are good)
