I was there without a mask in both February and March, and have had no trouble as of yet. I figure they're going after people with masks on, because if they can find out who they are, they can "demask" anonymous and therefore "embarrass" anonymous. But if you come without a mask, they can't call you out as a "coward"... just a theory.
