well, for the Jump and attack button for MMAC were switched, and comparing to the X series, i don't see that problem, cuz you can switch the buttons on all X games on the MMXC.

Umm, no. If the PS2 has greater loading times than the Gamecube, then it takes more time for the PS2 to load the same amount of data, which means the PS2 is less powerful. Speed = Data / Time.

water balloon works but flame sword doesent it would be hard to hit him with it any way so the best choice would be flash bomb

Well, yeah the PS2 was the weakest of the 3 systems. Gamecube had nearly double the processing speed.
The PS2 was more successful, sure, but rest assured, the cube was the stronger system hardware-wise.

lmao no it wasnt. the cube had the worst hardware of the 3... i had all 3 systems, it was xbox>ps2>cube in hardware. And this game is best on xbox. controls well, has more vivid/crisper backgrounds, and gets rid of those annoying black lines

Slide, then jump carefully, and the shots will be easier to avoid. But this Wily boss phase is one of the hardest.
