Politics and religion ARE the same thing for muslims, and attacking other cultures (nations, religions, whatever) IS NOT a thing of the past for muslims. Islam IS a political project. You emmigrate and then demand privileges you wouldn't dream of granting to your own religious minorities.

Muslims allow other faiths to be practiced so long as those people feel themselves subdued and they pay the Jizya. Dhimmitude is not something people choose. Is it fair that non-muslims cannot testify against muslims in court, or that they may not repair their religious facilities nor build new ones?
But why would muslims allow equality? They arrogantly proclaim that theirs is the only true religion and forbid other religions to compete. Not out of strength, but out of fear.

Actually, don't go saying Allah and God are the same. The Malaysian government has forbidden non-Muslims from saying "Allah" because it is THEIR word for THEIR god.
