I suggest trying the Bar G (not in this song) first, its easier, and it will get your fingers accustomed to this position. after the G starts to sound ok, then try the F. if you scroll through the lessons on the site, you will find about 3 or 4 different chord lessons. Red

keep practice man.that is all the shit.For example take the Am and after Am,take F chord and Am again... until your fingers will be able to do the bar.take care first at the index finger,and after this put the rest of the fingers on the rest of the chords.and remember.. put the index finger almost latteraly to make the bar.
