Buyers are always right.
Who are ebay's buyers?
The sellers on ebay are ebay's buyers. Because ebay made money from the sellers, not from the buyers. ebay thought all sellers must use their venue to sell goods. ebay is holding sellers as hostages. The only way to beat this CEO out is to stop selling on ebay. Sell at other venues. Once ebay
stocks tumbling down, the ebay CEO will have to pack & go.
Don't buy ebay stocks. Don't sell on ebay. Don't use ebay at all.

Yea right ebay is going to fix everything.
ebay was built on trust. They need you and want to understand you. Can't you just feel the love? They care so much about pimping the seller to protect "their" buyers. Sellers pay for everything and ebay even wants sellers to ship it for free. I thought ebay just brought buyers and sellers together
and here they want to manipulate the sale so no one grows too big without ebay.

Have anyone who is complaining about eBay ever worked in retail? Because wipe away all the eBay specifics and it just sounds like whining about customers we've all heard before. Also, what items do these so-called "Power Sellers" sell?

Power sellers either sell 100 items a month for 3 months to qualify as one or $1.000 a month on sales for 3 months. My friend sold a car over 3K and became a PowerSeller for a short time. That is all there is to it. Nothing fancy.

The new policies help buyers . There are crooked sellers that make it bad for everyone!Some sellers sell ,already damaged items .Like a Crosley wood type stereo.You see cracks or damage but seller claims all electronics good .When item comes in electronics DOA , with no new visible damage .Seller ,simply says, take damage claim to US Post office. So you've payed promptly for a problem . Also the seller leaves you no positive feedback ! Showing they knew there was a problem with product.

The final note in all of this is EBAY, not the buyer or seller. Ebay has made them anonymous so who knows who they are. I was a good seller for 10 years and Power Seller for 8 and I left Ebay. I was also a buyer, such as most of us. The point is that EBAY has allowed the criminal openings for what it is today. It is no longer safe, the buyers and sellers are different players. It is not the old Ebay. Administration alread destroyed that part, years ago.

If Ebay Employees were barred from posting auctions then maybe their wouldn't be any "Bad" Sellers left on Ebay. Afterall, when a cashier needs change from her personal funds, we never let them change from their own till. Where is the security here? That is what is wrong with Ebay.

It's seems very few carry the load for the ebay dissenters. Where did they all go? Ebay is offending more and morer sellers, and even buyers with all the disputes and crazy rules. The S&B won't get help from ebay chat, they'll get suspended. There was a growing group here on Youtube, but they're not here now! Did they give up? Very few doin' a poor job of it. Many sellers look without comment, they need information. Say nothing = ebay tool! Get involved! Where else can they go? OLA . COM?

Ebay shareholders have absolutely no idea what is going on right now. All they care about is the stock they bought. If they read the blogs and forums as well as watched these videos, I guarantee they would liquidate immediately. Ebay shut down my $30,000 a month business for a truly illegitimate reason. I will never use ebay again for anything. Oh, and if you do sell on ebay, make sure you create your own website to sell your product.

That's not a seller. That's a thief. But as a merchant with integrity and someone who wants happy repeat customers, I hate to be punished by eBay policy because they let some dickhead sell on their site. The eBay seller fees are bad enough
