watch fight science, where they try and find out the ultimate martial art. They test every martial arts kick: from taekwondo roundhouse to thai boxing knee. Although the thai boxer is lighter, as the MMA kick beat that, it consequently beat every other martial art kick as that was the strongest.

MMA what a joke. Eeehhh... I'm probably going to get alot of UFC fans cursing me, my family, ect. out aren't I? Anyways, with few exception like Silva Anderson, UFC says that you can use almost any fighting style, but all I ever see is people use lots of boxing, a tiny bit of Mai Thai if you want to count the occational elbow attack, some kick, not much, and a vast amount of jujitsu/wrestling.

I only mention Silva becease he tends to use flying knees, and some swinging backfist. Also half of the time, he will bow after in a similar fashion to that of the Thai fighters, when he wins a match, as opposed to just screaming in front of the camera and to the crowd. However I am by NO means a Silvia Anderson fanboy!
