Umm, well Mr./Ms. Money Bags, for most people that's a large house payment.
Regardless, the point that I'm taking away from all of this is that these two twenty-somethings are idiots. They suddenly realized that this massive house was well beyond their means? They clearly built it because they wanted to be on TV, they wanted attention to their building company, and were hoping to make a huge profit.

The house looks like a Colorado resort apartment/condo building--not a comfortable home. Some of the details were nice, but others were awful.

They are idiots. My wife and I saw the last show and I thought they where going to surprise people. They wanted nothing but the best for the house. You could tell something was up because the brother was so excited about the house after it was done and during the show he was mad about buildig the house. It was a good plaot to get the company some attention.

By far the worst seasons of Dream House to date. Not because of the house but because of the couple building it. They got on my last nerve. "Oh, I want this, I want this, I want an elevator! Money, money, money. We're not going to have any luxery!" ... what are you guys? 12 years old!?!!

to Silverhorse Rock city & ruby falls are on lookout mtn wich can be seen from the house within 5 miles or so Hwy 24 & 27 can be seen however the view of hwy 75 would be abscured by Missionary ridge
