PS3 and Xbox360 now have many reported issues. Rockstar are apparently working on fixes. We have added a fix tutorial video as we managed to fix it on the PS3. If you have any troubles with the 360 version try unplugging the ethernet cable and disabling the internet on the xbox live.

just log out of your ps network

If you don't know it already, go to the PS3 settings and disable the internet connection. That's the reason why it freezes, it fails to connect so don't connect the game to the net.
