I can find places in America that are like this. In every country you can find this. If you go to the poorest parts in America there is crooked police, government official, people starving, and etc. So if it happens in America, the richest country in the world, of course it is going to happen in Africa.

the difference is, that what is shown here, represents 80% - 90% of Kenya, not "the poorest parts" like in the USA

But why focus on one country and call it African Corruption and not Kenyan corruption. Why should the entire continent loose face because of one country? People are trying to ruing Africa's image to stir away Foreign investment.

it was said like 5-6 years ago that Kenya would begin the anti-corruption fight and if they would have succeeded, the other african countries, would have an example to follow and the certitude it can be done... sadly the african continent is plagued with this disease, not only Kenya... the documentary focuses on Kenya and Sierra Leone
I know this movie ...( 11 months ago by djnobel)
I know this movie was a big shock to some African countries, not because it was false but because they did not want to talk about it. I think it was banned in some countries. Corruption on this magnitude is something that Africa will have to minimize. It already has a ton of problems and the last thing it needs is corruption to fight against.

we don't accept it, and if you want to help, don't send cash, go there and make sure your money is being used for the right reasons, or go there and help without the use of much money. or else corrupt people will take advantage.

yes, i agree with you totally. i'm from namibia, and yes we also have corruption but not on that level, yet. i now live in the u.s and people keep thinking and telling me that all people in africa are starving, and dying which is not true. some places have other serious problems, not necessarilly death and hunger. it's these kind of titles that send a false message to the rest of the world. in namibia it's tribalism, one major tribe oppressing the rest.
I'd like do help!
