I got the gold & white tombstone by having her Aspiration meter be platinum before she died.
Want to know how to get that tombstone?:
Before your sims dies, make sure their aspiration meter is PLATINUM, by fulfulling their wants, and avoiding their fears.
Whatever their aspiration was when they died, and were platinum, that icon will be on the front of the tombstone,
whether it's Family, Romance, Money, Knowledge, Popularity, or Pleasure (or Grilled Cheese)
