Before his Honour Judge Bailey. It is ordered that: (1) The official Solicitor be appointed as the litigation friend. Claim Number 6ED03566 We will be going to court on the 30th June for the court to approve my wife's settlement of £166,250. The court has also to decide whether or not she is
a "protected beneficiary"? I will have to do another video explaining more.
