Nonononono, the newest one is the most metal one so far. The album that stands most close to pop is the debut, since it had more metalcore influences. I still love DevilDriver and all their work though, don't get me wrong.

I love DevilDriver way more then Papa Roach, and I know Papa Roach isn't metal. And no, DevilDriver isn't metalcore. The first album had some metalcore influences but DevilDriver is death influenced Groove Metal. My taste in heavy metal music ranges from Iron Maiden to DevilDriver, Mot örhead to Behemoth and Judas Priest to Prostitute Disfigurement.
