If he was older then yeah, but it's pretty obv that he can't walk properly yet and can only go backwards. Still cutest thing I've ever seen.

Please don't let them do this. Puppies need traction (grass, carpet, blankets,etc.) Traction helps puppies by giving their bones and joints time to develop. A slippery surface lets his legs fan out putting undue stress on his growing joints. You're setting him up for health issues later on.

I also wanted to add for everyone else. That pup could crawl if he was on a soft surface. He's also pretty young to be scooting his butt on purpose. Dogs will do this for multiple reasons. Worms, allergies, excrement stuck in the fur, and particularly with small dogs...clogged or full anal glands. They need manually expressed from time to time.
