I'm italian and I loved to watch this cartoon when I was about 4!! I'm not so good in understanding english well, but I can assure you that Ox Tales in Italian was something special, Ollie speaks the touscany dialect and the turtle Jack is a female turtle. It's so cute!!!

People seem to think I'm makin it up whenever I talk about this!!! I used to HATE Inspector Gadget because they used to alternate between that & Ox Tales. Inspector Gadget meant no Ollie :( So glad I've found it!! Forgot about the lil mole! hahaha!!!
