Oh yeah. It's CLEARLY not the beta that went on from about 20th September to the release date 10th October. I mean, he obviously took the video from the February (I think it was?) update and went back in time using his 1.21 gigawatt time machine to upload it on the 27th of September. Obviously it couldn't be the beta.

And yeah, the second EXIT isn't there at all. The exit on the left has always been there, the patch only added a small hole to drop down to the exit from BLU spawn.
