Your review feels too long. I don't think it would be too much for you to talk about the manga in relation to the anime but remember to no overdo it. You ARE reviewing the anime right?
I don't know the balistics of the series really bother anyone unless they were utterly ridiculous, this is a fictional world. The music when your talking can obscure what you're saying.

The clash between manga and the anime is too much of my opinion than reviewing so i get you there, i just have too strong of an opinion for it, i recently did a presenation of masamune shirow and spent a good bit talking about the same thing but then moving onto the matrix lifting most of its influence from the movie ghost in the shell. I am a gun and ballistics's fan so such details bothers me, i can watch stuff like terminator but if i think about it i cant.

But I don't know that fully explaining all of the differences between the manga versus the anime are worth doing if your simply reviewing the anime. If you're going to include a plot synopsis of the anime I would only say one sentence to reflect that the anime and manga's stories are different.

i got talking to a woman in a bookstore as i baught ghost in the shell 1.5, she said "oh have you seend Ghost in the shell Innocence, i was able to to see it on a big cinema screen it was fantastic!" my reply was "oh that would be great seeing the high detailed animation like that, other than that its got a lack of.." she butts it in "story? yeah its sparse." so its a recognized problem with mamori oshii just he makes thing look that good no one argues.
