i fallowed this video last halloween and it worked but i upped the doses 2 liter 2 glow sticks and double the ingrediants
worked great, just be careful when the glass breaks it can puncture the plastic and fly, also dont try and get it in ur eyes it burns like fuck. the glass can cut u (for those of u who dont realize this) and always if ur going to try , if your going to wear it, just put a little on ur hand and leave it there for 10-30 mins to see if u get a reaction if not then have fun
