Increasing your vertical leap is alot easier than people think. It has to do with a series of plyometric exercises, jumping rope, basically conditioning those specific muscles. But 50cent...erhh i mean Nate deserves RESPECT. That was some crazy shit. All acrobatic and shit. And this nigga is blocking 8' chinks on the court. Incredible.
