It was a mistake to have a girl sing this song without altering the song's pitch. there's a reason why there is a Male/Female/Duet button if you go to Korean karaokes. BoA sounds bad here; they should have adjusted the song to compliment a female's pitch. T_T

Chinese characters are not as apparent in Korean society as it is in Japanese. In North Korea, Chinese characters are totally not used at all. South Korea still maintains some usage of Chinese characters but not to the extent that Japanese use kanji.
