Dave you are so inspirational when it come down to cooking. I read what you worte about yourself and I applied that to myself. I just made the beef stew and it came out perfect. I have a really picky eater in my house and guess what he went for seconds. I made a big pot and its half way gone. I did everything you said and added every thing you did thank you so much.
