About Spielbay: Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay will give you, the possible fanboy, their thoughts on the upcoming film and try to answer any concerns you may have about the re-invention of the classic 80's cartoon: The Transformers. They w
ill give you exclusives on working with Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Peter Cullen but not Frank Welker. They will discuss such iconic G1 characters as Optimus Prime, Bonecrusher, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream, Ironhide, Barricade, Scorpinok, Frenzy, Jazz, Ratchet and the other favorite Autobots and De
cepticons and how they are being treated like Go-Bots. They will eventually touch on the soundtrack and theme with The Goo-Goo Dolls, Mathmute, Sector 7 but not Black Lab. Don't miss out! Thanks for looking!

Granted, I don't think the film was nearly as bad as they made it out to be, but they are right about one thing...the Transformers were basically treated as props, rather than characters. If you add up everything all the Transformers said, it still probably amounts to less then what Shia's DAD s
aid throughout the film.
They ruined him by making him an afterthought. He didn't do any evil scheming in the movie, he was just awakened at the end so they good do a "kickass" fight scene, and then killed him off. Bay showed little real respect for the source material. And what was the deal with them not even USING the
theme song in the movie? A version like THIS: watch?v=jcQuXAf0cKc would have been a great theme.
