Can't say that I didn't like it. You have to really put yourself outside of the jazz-box to really appreciate this. With that said, it's a beautiful rendition of a jazz tune. The Misty Classical Remix! haha

I don't understand the criticism of this rendition not sounding jazzy enough. Erroll Garner has one recording in which he plays Misty with a smooth jazz flow. But in the recording with Mitch Miller, Erroll plays Misty in more classical style, very similar to this video featuring Nubo. I think that Erroll would be please with Nubo's rendition of Misty.

I hope you're kidding when you say that Liberace's version is the best. I didn't think it was good at all actually. You should here the jazz trombonist J.J. Johnson's version of this song, it is fantastic.
