Graham Nash doesn't do drugs. Crosby did, but as far as I know he's stoppe or scaled way down. Neither of them are addled. That's apparent from the performance.

Artists that are addicted to drugs and allow them to take over their lives don't sound like this. You would know this if you had any idea what you were talking about. Casual users vs addicted abusers are two different types of people. You don't get this good doing drugs all your life or abusing them. A good toke once and awhile opens the mind. Maybe some of our politicians should try it. I'd welcome the change.
