The video quality is so poor u can't distinguish it. I remember I saw this when this happened back when a 16 foot satellite dish was the way to get good TV on the Nasa channel. They played it a few times then was removed for obvious reasons.
After this happened, the Nasa channel stopped giving LIVE 24/7 feedbacks from space.

you are looking at footage recorded in space showing horizen/atmospheric layer.
it is filmed in ultraviolet film.
why? nasa knows that there are oodles of 'critters/and ufo's in space, outside of a humans visible llight spectrum.
for those who want to know..
(many, many) ufo's are real.
they have been observing us for an awfully long time.
(although,appears we attracted some 'new' ones when we began detonating atomic bombs..??)

I think one of the biggest problems with crafts coming out of the earth and moving much faster is navigation. say for example if a craft was travelling out of the earth at 1/10th the speed of light and it struck a piece of debris the size of a screw...it'd explode. now if it was moving at the speed of light, the explosion would be like a nuclear bomb, since the space around the earth is teaming with debris from asteroid belt and from nasa satellites and rockets, it'd be a dangerfield

I have also heard the goverment has such technology, they been working on it since the 50's and they dont want to share it with the rest of the world or the public, due to the economy running mainly on fossil fuels, and these crafts use completely different energy sources that could destroy our current economy. whether they obtained the technology from ET's who knows, i do know we are seeing these discs a lot more often due to amount of amateur guys able to afford quality cameras

About 20 years ago,me my mum and borther returned home. Has i walked to turn the TV on,a perfectly round shape about 6 inches wide and made of thousands of little sparks. It shot across the room and past my brother and then travelled through the door and past my mother. It seemed like it came from the plug socket,it left no marks on the door. Im sure someone will have a simple explanation,i just cant find one myself,so if anyone can explain,i would be greatfull.

We used to joke that a ufo was charging itself up at the plug socket. Also when i turned the TV on,nothing happened,infact it turned on by itself without touching any breakers or fuses,all other electricity in the house seemed to be working fine when the TV/video wouldnt turn on.

maybe they navigate out of solar sys first then pick up speed in open ground, i ride fast motorbikes, we cruise out of villages, seems fast to a pedestrian but its not, then we hit open roads and cane it where there is less likly objects to collide with, cant always trust technology to save ur ass from collision, same for them????

That object near the end of the footage did appear to be pulsing.
I have understood for a great while that there is a lot of stuff whizzing around out there, and it's nothing like as 'empty' as many perceive/expect space to be.
But I would love an explanation - why did that object appeared to be pulsing?
It looked very natural and graceful as it disappeared into the distance, pulsing all the while.

1.14 bottom far right of the screen - object appears from below, flashing light and dark, travels up the screen and disappears far into distance, pulsing all the while.
Only thing i can think to explain it is the debris is spinning, and is more reflective on one side than it is the other.
But it still seems kinda odd.
