because john locke on the island, is responsible for boones death, the girl who parashuted onto the islands death, (threw a knife at her back) I think her name was naomi. He blew up the submarine which would have allowed jack to get off the island in season 3, he basically sabataged every chance of them getting off the island. so she has a good reason to hate him.
