That last one wouldn't do much, she should've took his arm and performed a hip throw, it's a rookie's mistake to NOT make sure your opponent can keep coming after you, regardless, especially in those situations. Being ambushed in a garage like that can call for deathly force if it's later at night. And in accordance to laws in most areas.

The first two were good basic defenses, the last one I agree with Omega, would not do too much and would only anger the attacker. Also in a situation where no help is near you NEED to follow through to prevent a follow up attack. A better defense would have been to step aside openning up the groin area for a hammerfist style attack (can be repeated 2/3 times in the first 2 seconds) followed through with arising kick to the groin. Then run, this at least would give her more time to escape.

He has some good points, but I keep laughing every time he mentions eye jabbing as... he's wearing glasses.
In scene 2, he neglects to account for the fact that they're in an elevator. So, you try a finger jab to a guy wearing glasses, then groin shot to buy yourself time... only to find yourself with nowhere to go because you're TRAPPED IN AN ELEVATOR with a now very angry assailant. Since he didn't mention hitting any floor buttons, the door most likely won't open fast enough.
