North Korean propaganda is put out by the government, not individuals. There are virtually no freedoms or civil rights. Most people feel no patriotism there, there is nothing to be proud of. This is one of the greatest cartoons that I have ever seen. I served in Vietnam(1967 - 70) for 4 tours(4 years) and I am very proud to be an American. This cartoon really touches my heart, especially since I am proud to be an American.

That ending was added in the later "Blue Ribbon" re-release, as many of these cartoons had found re-issues years after they had been in the theaters the first time around, but often got their opening/ending sequences clipped and re-made for the purpose. The ending here is the one that was originally seen for this short, but it's opening is possibly lost forever.
