yeah pretty much. they're pretty ambigous as to its exact location (it dusnt really exsist lol), but its supposed to be somewhere in the carribean on the spanish main, kinda like where capaain kidd used to bury his treasure i think

Indeed there is. :) There is a scene, where the good Englishmen are abandoning ship and moving to the island - Where the enemy so takes advantage of Hispaniolas guns and shoots after them. :)It is in part 7, the last minute. I think that scene is great. (:

I just finished reading the book, so I decided to watch the movie, and was so freaking excited when I starting watching this version, and who should appear, but Christian Bale! Woo! Now I wish I had seen the movie b4 so I could have a mental image of Jim and a voice...xD
