not any more than getting the knee down on a full size bike. I'm 5'.11"~6'.0" & can ride my son's bikes no problem
If you were overweight or of really big stature you might have problems so a midi-moto might be a better choice
I kid you not, you should really give it a try sometime, you might just enjoy yourself
you're a lot closer to the ground too remember so it seems much faster
