At first glance this kid is entertaining because his actions and emotions are so outlandish. However, I think we're all laughing at a kid who has been laughed at his entire life... Due to his complete inability to act like "normal" kids do.
He clearly explains in the video here that all he wants is to be remembered, for others around him to see him as the person that he wants to be seen as. I wish him happier times.
