The title says it all. I don't own anything in this clip. Just thought some people might enjoy watching it.
I haven't been able to watch this scene, even once, without crying... My whole family watched it with me (most of which have never really watched Robin Hood before) and they were all crying, too!!! :] SEASON TWO SPOILER WARNING!!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS EPISODE, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DON'T WATCH

She was going to die, I don't quite remember why, but Djak gave her a liquid medicine thing. Robin thought she had died and starting mourning over her in the cave. However, the potion stopped her heart or something similar(it put her in a deep sleep as if she were dead). She woke up later to Robin hugging her and crying.
In this season, on the finale, Guy stabbed her. Until the 3rd season, no one will fully know if she died. But, they do show Robin and the gang burying her. So, I say 99.9% yes.

In the first season finale, Marian was wounded but managed to suvive after treatment. This clip is taken from season 2, Marian DOES die. Which means the series probably won't make it past anymore than one more season which SUCKS because I love this show. According to myth, After Marians' death Robin didnt live to long either. So it's entirely possible during season 3 the BBC might decide to finish it with Robin's death as well, sorry - That's no garentee that's just a guess based on old stories.

This is not my theory, but Marian's death can be staged. What if Gisborne was in on the whole thing? I mean the guy loves Marian, so maybe he and Robin did it to make it look like Marian died in front of the Sheriff.

Ya'll I wish I could agree with the whole shes not dead thing but unless that was a dream (and that would be a really crap ending, major cop out) Marions dead. That was most definately real. Not like the series 1 finale.

I just recently started watching this show. I read an inverview with Richard Armitage and he referred to Guy killing Marian. I couldn't believe it so I came to Youtube and found this. They haven't aired this episode yet in the US so I have no idea what led to this scene. One thing I do know though---if there was a guy with a sword coming at me, I probably wouldn't taunt him like she did. It did make me cry though :(
